Key Healing Treatments
All therapies are administered with guest consent using 100% herbal oils and medicines — manufactured by reputed Sri Lankan herbal companies, free from heavy metals.
Pada Avagahanaya
A traditional welcome therapy where the feet are immersed in warm medicated oil. Grounds the traveller energetically and prepares the body for deeper Ayurvedic work.
Pada Abyanga
Medicated foot massage using warm herbal oils. Stimulates marma points on the soles to calm the nervous system and encourage deep relaxation from the very first day.
Panchakarma
The five classical purification procedures of Ayurveda — a systematic, clinically supervised process to eliminate accumulated toxins and restore physiological balance.
Dosha Assessment
A comprehensive medical examination by the Chief Doctor to determine the guest's individual Prakriti (constitution) and current Dosha imbalances, forming the basis of the entire treatment plan.
Herbal Medicine
Morning and evening medicines prescribed personally by the doctor — entirely plant-based formulations from certified Sri Lankan herbal manufacturers, taken alongside meals throughout the stay.
Yoga & Meditation
Daily morning yoga and regular guided meditation sessions complement the physical treatments, working on the mental and pranic layers to support complete wellbeing restoration.
