Our website allows users to view comprehensive tour details and submit booking inquiries. Please note that submitting a Booking Form or Contact Form does not automatically confirm a booking. Final booking confirmation and payment arrangements are completed exclusively through direct communication with a Heladiwa Tours representative.
2. Tour Pricing
Please note that tour prices are not fixed or displayed on our website. Pricing is customized and depends entirely on your specific requirements, chosen travel dates, required services, availability, accommodation preferences, and transportation choices. The final guaranteed price for your tour will be discussed and confirmed directly with you by our team before any booking is finalized.
3. Third-Party Responsibility
Heladiwa Tours acts primarily as a booking agent and coordinator for various travel services. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, injuries, or losses caused by third-party operators, including:
- Hotels and accommodation providers
- Independent transport providers
- Airlines
Furthermore, we cannot be held responsible for disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or other Force Majeure events.
4. User Responsibility
Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring that:
- All information provided in inquiry forms is accurate.
- They possess the required travel documents, including valid passports and necessary visas.
- They have obtained adequate travel and medical insurance for their journey to Sri Lanka.
5. Right to Modify Services
While we make every effort to execute itineraries as agreed, Heladiwa Tours reserves the right to modify or adjust tour itineraries, accommodations, or transport arrangements when necessitated by local conditions, weather, or other unforeseen operational circumstances. In such events, we will strive to provide suitable alternatives of an equal or comparable standard.
